Grundsätzlich gilt Abholung der Teile. Sämtliche Preisangaben sind Abholpreise. Ihre Bestellungen sind unverbindlich und stellen lediglich eine Anfrage an den Lagerbestand dar, da dieser nicht immer 100% abgedeckt ist. In diesem Zusammenhang sind auch unsere Angebote unverbindlich.
Nach der Bestellung wird der Lagerbestand kontrolliert und separat per Mail oder Whatsapp eine Abholung oder Versandmöglichkeit besprochen. Angaben zum Versand finden Sie hier:
Versand Schweiz
Versand von Kleinteilen in der Schweiz ist nach Vorauskasse prolemlos möglich.
Versandkosten CH (B-Post)
• 30 kg: Fr. 25.--
Versand Ausland
Der Auslandversand ist mit sehr hohen Versandkosten und hohem Aufwand vebunden (5seitige Frachtpapiere). Zudem können durch den Zoll noch weitere Steuern wie die MWST und evtl. noch weitere Produktesteuern und Bearbeitungsgebühren der Zollverwaltung erhoben werden. Aufgrund des grösseren Aufwands können nur Kleinteile ab Betrag Fr. 300.-- ins Ausland versendet werden.
Versandkosten in ein EU-Land:
• 05 kg: Fr. 50.--
• 10 kg: Fr. 60.--
• 15 kg: Fr. 70.--
• 20 kg: Fr. 75.--
• 25 kg: Fr. 80.--
Versand ausserhalb der EU auf Anfrage.
Sperrige / schwere Teile
Schwere Teile oder sperrige Teile werden aus zweierlei Gründen nicht versendet. tots-parts.com ist nicht für die Verpackung von solchen Gütern ausgerüstet. Solche Produkte müssen in der Regel speziell verpackt sein und mit einem Kurier oder per Stückguttransport einer Spedition abgewickelt werden. Preisanfragen an solche Speditionen resultierten teils mit über 1'000.-- pro Palett bei Versand in die EU. Dabei ist die Ware weder bereits fachgerecht verpackt noch verzollt. Ähnlich verhält es sich mit sperrigen Teilen.
Reservationen
Reservationen sind nicht möglich. Alle unsere Produkte können gerne per Vorauskasse gekauft und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt abgeholt werden. Die Teile liegen während dieser Zeit sicher im Teilelager. Keine Teilzahlungen.

International shipping
Shipping abroad involves very high shipping costs and a lot of effort (5-page shipping documents). In addition, other taxes such as VAT and possibly other product taxes and processing fees from the customs administration may be levied by customs. Due to the greater effort, only small parts with an amount of CHF 300.-- or more can be sent abroad.

Bulky/heavy parts
Heavy items or bulky items will not be shipped for two reasons. tots-parts.com is not equipped for the packaging of such goods. Such products usually have to be specially packaged and shipped with a courier or general cargo transport from a shipping company. Price inquiries to such shipping companies sometimes resulted in over 1,000 euros per pallet for shipping to the EU. The goods have neither been professionally packaged nor cleared through customs. The situation is similar with bulky parts.
Reservations
